Metal glasses begin with the fabrication of individual parts. Each component undergoes different processes carefully done by hand. They are then polished to smoothen the surface and electroplated to protect them from corrosion and enhance their appearance.

An automated machine forms the metal rim of the eyewear. The metal wire is fed to the forming machine and transformed into an eyewear rim. The formed eyewear rims are according to the desired shapes of the clients.
