Business Model

Backed with years of experience, we constructed our business model to cover design, product development, and the manufacture of premium eyewear. Our vision is to manage the whole process of producing eyewear, from conceptualization to bulk production.

To guarantee the quality of the eyewear we create, we realized the need to start from the design stage, the focal point in eyewear production. Brainstorming of ideas, concepts, shapes, colors, accessories, sourcing of materials, and identification of target markets happen here. Then, we create the prototype and evaluate the design if revision is needed. From here, we fabricate our molds and outline our production process to ensure products meet our customer's quality standards.

Our core principle is understanding our client's needs and keeping up with the eyewear trends. With this vertically integrated model, we attract international brands and retail stores to collaborate with Bokang Glasses in producing stylish and long-lasting eyewear.
